Just received a 6lb blue cheese wheel from a dear friend last week. I would certainly like some recipes using blue cheese (not salad dressings, have lots of those) but other things would really be appreciated. I have sliced and put in plastic bags, which I put in the freezer. six pounds is a lot of cheese!
