Crock Pot Pork Roast
4-6 pound pork roast wrapped with netting rosemary, dried crumbled, about 2 tablespoons granulated garlic, about 2 teaspoons
Put pork roast in crock pot. Do not remove netting. Sprinkle with rosemary and garlic. Turn on low and cook for at least 12 hours. Do not add any liquid. At the end of 12 hours you will have a tender delicous roast with lots of juice that you can make into incredible gravy.
