I know this recipe sound a bit weird- but my mother-in law makes these and my husband will eat no other!

1 15 oz can sloppy joe sauce (we use Del Monte original)
1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa (the hotter the better- we have used medium and they are still spicy, but the hot works for those who like them HOT.)
1 tablespoon red wine or cider vinegar
about 4 pounds chicken wings

pre-heat oven to 400*
combine sloppy joe sauce, salsa and vinegar in a small bowl, remove about 1/4 cup to serve as a dipping sauce. arrange wings in a single layer in a large baking pan, brush wings with saauce mixture. bake chicken, uncovered, 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning and brushing with remaining sauce after 15 minutes. serve with remaining sauce and ranch dressing.
makes about 20 wings.

For a large group you may need to triple or even quadruple this recipe (depending upon how many chicken wings you people eat!!!
