Hi everyone. I am in search of a tried and tested easy (hard to mess up) dessert recipe that I can proudly serve my family and bring to functions. I am a great cook but just horrible with desserts. The ones I choose to make are usually too sweet if they turn out at all. Would appreciate your experienced guidance. Mary Jo
