After I peel the peaches, (2-3 cups sliced), I add 1-1/2 c. of sugar mixed w/ 1/4 cup of corn starch. Buy the ready made pie crust and roll out one for the bottom of your dish. Add the peaches. On top of the peaches slice 1/2 stick of butter and then lay another ready made pie crust on top. Sprinkle sugar. You cannot believe how yummy, and EASY this one is! (be sure and put slits in your top pie crust!)
