Chocolate Granola Crunch Bars
1 tablespoon low-calorie margarine 1 (7 1/2-ounce) jar Marshmallow Fluff 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup toasted rolled oats 1/2 cup crumbled up graham crackers 3 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
Spray a 13x9x2-inch pan pan.
Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
Add Marshmallow Fluff and honey and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add oats, graham cracker pieces and crispy rice cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
When thoroughly cool, cut into 2x2-inch squares.
Makes: Yield: 24 squares, 2x2-inches
