Zucchini Bread
2 C Flour 3 Tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tsp. Salt 1 1/2 C. Sugar 2 Tsp. Soda 3 Eggs 2 Tsp. Vanilla 2 C. Grated Zucchini 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder 1 C Raisins 1 C. Vegetable Oil 1 C Chopped Nuts
Add 1 Small Can Drained Crushed Pineapple 1 Or 2 Real Ripe Bananas
Sift Together Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Soda And Cinnamon. Combine Eggs, Oil, Sugar, Zucchini And Vanilla In Large Bowl. Beat Well. Add In Flour Mixture And Mix Well. Stir In Raisins And Nuts. Pour Into 9 X 5 Loaf Pan. Bake At 350 For 50-60 Minutes. Cool In Pan On Wire Rack.
