Hello, any body whose looking for smoothies that dont have wheat germ and msg and any other thing that you have no idea what it's supposed to do for you! Here lies a great Strawberry-Banana Smoothie that anyone could make: 1 Banana (doesnt have to be ripe, but NOT green) 5-10 strawberries, w/o green tops orange juice (about 1/3 cup) yogurt (to desired thickness)Cut Banana (if desired), add in strawberries, put in orange juice, and yogurt.
Blend.
PS: You can try different fruits and add more or less orange juice and yogurt. Also, if concotion is too thin or thick, add yogurt or orange juice as desired.Thank You, Ada
