I HAVE FROZEN PANCAKES, BUT HAVE NOT LEFT THEM IN THE FREEZER MORE THAN A MONTH. COOK THEM AS USUAL, LIGHTLY BROWN THEM, LET THEM COOL COMPLETELY, WRAP INDIVIDUALLY IN SARAN WRAP, PLACE IN ZIP LOCK BAG, AND FREEZE. WHEN READY TO USE, THAW COMPLETELY, AND I PUT THEM IN A LIGHTLY BUTTERED SKILLET AND HEATED THROUGH. DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT.
