Greetings! I'd like to try a cheese danish recipe from the book "Miriam's Kitchen", but I'm unable to locate one of the ingredients. The recipe calls for hard farmer cheese. Is there another name for this cheese, or one you can recommend to substitute? Our local grocers can't help me - they keep directing me to cottage cheese (sigh).
