Introduction I normally just purchase almond gelatin powder, follow the box instruction (mix with water then chill, etc). Then mix with 1 can of cocktail fruit mix. To make an authentic one, here’s the recipe: Ingredients 1/2 bag Agar-agar (a type of gelatin) 7 cup water 2 tbspn white sugar (1) 6 cup water, 1/2 cup white sugar (2) 2 tspn Almond extract, 5 tbspn milk 1 cup water melon 1 cup pineapple 1 cup mango
Preparation Boil (1), then set aside to chill. Wash agar-agar. Cut into small pieces. Over medium flame, cook 7 cups of water with agar-agar until dissolve, about 20 minutes. Add 2 tbspn of sugar. Then, cook for 5 minutes over small flame. Turn the flame off. Let it chill for a little. Mix in (2). Stir well. Pour into a flat base container. Chill in refrigerator. When serve, cut into desire size and shape. Mix in cold sweet water (sugar and water) and fruits.
