Dear kt/mn, This recipe I received years ago from a friend of mine. It does not have any beans in it. If this is not what you're looking for let me know, I have one other rendition which is also good, but it has a layer of beans in it. Hope this helps! Dena in Oregon

Mexican Goop

Bottom Layer:
Mix 3-5 ripe avocados, 1 1/2 TBSP Mayo, 1-2 TBSP lemon juice, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and salsa, to taste.

Second Layer:
Mix 1/2 pint (8 oz) carton of sour cream, 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning, and 1 1/2 TBSP Mayo. ( I like to add some salsa to this too.)

Third Layer:
These in any amount you'd like. Shredded Cheddar and Jack Cheeses, Onion chopped, (I like purple best) 1 medium tomato chopped, 1 boiled egg chopped, 1 small can sliced olives, and I like to throw some chopped canned green chiles on top too!)

Spread Bottom layer in a clear pie dish, then add second layer on top of that, then third layer on top of that beginning with the cheeses. Serve with taco chips. Yummy!
