This is for Jim and all the rest of you who need the directions for the Chicken Bucket. I have a Wearever Chicken Bucket, and I'm happy to share the directions!

Here's how you make chicken....
first you heat the oil to 350F.

You first dip your chicken in the milk/egg wash:
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten

Then into the basic seasoned flour:
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

First you brown the breaded chicken pieces in the hot oil for 2 minutes, then put on the lid ans secure. Cook for 12-15 minutes. You start counting right away, and when time is up, use tines of a fork under the pressure regulator to release the pressure. When all is released, remove
cover.

For the 6 qt. bucket the times are 3 minutes to brown, then 15 minutes to pressure fry.

I hope this helps you, if there's anything you don't understand, feel free to ask me... this is great chicken!!
Sandy
