Hi Kristine. I make all my own bread crumbs. Just take your fresh ones and put
them through the food processor or mini chopper, then lay them out on a baking
sheet. Bake at about 200 for 45 minutes or until they are crisp and brown.
Then cool, they keep in a air-tight container. I've kept them for up to 4 or 5
months.
