BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD

l head cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
l big bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
l-l/2 cups chopped celery
l small pkg frozen peas
l/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING

2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp vinegar
l/4 cup sugar
l/4 cup parmesan cheese
l/4 cup chopped red onion

Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Chill.
