Ingredients:

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli (can use fresh broccoli)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
5 eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2 cups crumbs from crumbled Cheez Nips crackers (use for topping)

Directions:

Prepare frozen broccoli according to directions, drain and set aside. In
another bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, eggs,
onion and cheese. Fold drained, cooked broccoli into soup mix.

Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch oven-proof dish. Bake at 350
degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Cheez Nips crumbs and
put back in oven for 5-8 minutes. Knife inserted into casserole should come out
clean when it's done.
