ROCKY ROAD DESSERT
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 large angel food cake, torn in bite size pieces 4 eggs, beaten separately 1 (12.5 oz.) pkg. Hershey's milk chocolate chips 1 c. cream, whipped 1 c. chopped nuts
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Fold in beaten egg yolks. Then fold in the 4 stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and nuts. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer bottom of pan with cake then alternate layers of choco- late mixture with layers of cake. Chill 24 hours before serving.
