This recipe has been in our family 50 years. Enjoy.
1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion chopped fine 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce 1 teaspoon celery seed 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Put 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings or olive oil in a fry pan. Add meat and lightly brown. Drain off grease. Add all other remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and simmer slowly one hour. Serve on hot rolls.
