Hope this helps-- Boil, debone, and chop into bite size 1 chicken. In a sauce pan heat 2 tbsp. butter and saute 1 med. onion, chopped. Add 1-10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup, 1-10 3/4 ounce can of cream of celery soup, and 1-10 ounce can of Rotel tomatoes. Stir and heat until mixed well. Add chopped chicken and 1- 8 1/2 ounce bag of doritoes, or fritoes. Pour in a greased cassrole, top with 1/2 pound of grated cheddar cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven for 20 min. or until bubbly. I think I would layer the chicken mixture with the chips. The times I have eaten this, that was the way it was prepared, with a layer of chips on top and then the cheese.
