Hi Barb/mn; This is it I believe, found it in taste of Home magazine, Feb./March,98 EGG AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1- 24oz carton small curd cottage cheese 1- 10oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt additional cheddar cheese, optional In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir. reduce heat to low, cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours longer or until a thermometer placed in the center reads 160* and the eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Yield: 6 servings
