Jan,

I have posted a couple of Szechuan dishes before. Some are easier to prepare
at where you are as the ingredients are the common stuff... Please do a search
on TKL (content search is the best). I believe there are more from others as
well... If you have a particular dish in mind, then you can ask me. I will
see what I can do... Hope you find all the ingredients needed and enjoy the
soup.
