10 eggs
1 pint cottage cheese'1 lb monteray jack cheese
7 oz chopped (canned) ortega green chilis
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour

Melt butter in 13x 9 pan. ( I found a metal pan was better than pyrex)
Beat eggs until lemon color and mix with the rest. Chill overnight if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and let set 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
