I'm the activity director in a Medical Care Facility and have a resident from England. She told me her favorite food is meat pudding. I'm not sure what this is but she said it was like a pudding and had meat in it. So if anyone has a recipe or knows where I might be able to get one I would appreciate it. I thought they could make it in cooking class or that dietary could possibly make it for her and the other Residents. Thanks, any help will be appreciated.
