Baked potatoes in rock salt

4 med, size Idaho russets

9x12 loaf type pan

2 bags of cooking rock salt

Wipe the potatoes with bacon grease

Poke a small hole in each potato with a fork

Cover the bottom of pan with rock salt

Add potatoes

Cover completely with the rock salt

Bake in oven at 350* for at least 1 hour

Remove, wipe off, save rock salt till next time.
