Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to ask if anyone knows if it is o.k. to use a plastic bowl instead of a glass one? Additionally, does anyone have any suggestions about what to do if you don't have anyone to share the starter with? Is there a way to make starter for only one serving? Thank you very much.
