Hi friends,
Hubby bought too many cantaloupe,he tends to get carried away when he sees a bargain, now they are all ripe at the same time.
Does anyone have any recipes for using up some of this melon before it spoils?
We like it as a fresh fruit, but will never be able to eat it all. Can cantaloupe be used in baking like zucchini does, such as cakes, muffins, etc?
