Try this one.
1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 10-ounce package frozen peas 1 4 1/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, combine soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add sausage/kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted. Yield: 4-6 servings.
