BLEND RICOTTA WITH SOFTEN BUTTER UNTIL CREAMY; ADD VANILLA. ADD SUGAR, GRADUALLY BEATING UNTIL WELL-BLENDED. ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL. SLOWLY STIR IN DRY INGREDIENTS AND BLEND WELL.
DROP FROM TEASPOON ON GREASED BAKING SHEET. BAKE IN MODERATE OVEN - 350 DEG., 10 MIN. (COOKIES DO NOT BROWN -THEY REMAIN WHITE)
