The wedding cake I made turned out well and the bride had asked for a chocolate filling in all but one of the layers, all together there were six cakes. I took some of the filling and layered it with some of the trimings, put it in the freezer, when I took it out I let it all thaw out at room temp. and it all tasted and had the consitancy it did before freezing, so it does freeze well. I did use 1/4 cup of clear jell instead of the flour as I mentioned I was planning to do, in the above post. Thanks again Pj. Lorna
