Snow Pudding Recipe
1 TBSP gelatin, soaked in 1/4 C cold water 1 cup boiling water 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 egg whites-beaten stiff
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Set aside in refrigerator. Occasionally stir mixture, and when it is thick enough to mark of spoon, beat with wire whisk until frothy. Add egg whites which have been beaten stiff and continue to beat until stiff. Pour into mold. Chill
Top with very cold Boiled custard when serving.
