Hi Cathy, Here is a recipe we like very well,
Stuffed Mushroom Caps
1 lb. mushrooms 1 stick margarine or less 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper The chopped stems of mushroom 1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce.
We enjoy this one but if you do a search I'm sure you would find other good ones.
