Here are some Eagle Brand Pound Cake recipes I came across - perhaps you could use one of these for the directions. EAGLE BRAND POUND CAKE
2 c. sugar 1 lb. oleo 5 eggs 3 Tbsp. butter flavoring 1 can Eagle Brand milk 3 c. sifted flour
Cream sugar and oleo. Add eggs one at a time to sugar and oleo blend. Then add rest of ingredients one at a time. Beat well and pour into greased and floured stem pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.EAGLE BRAND POUND CAKE
1 lb. butter 3 c. sugar 8 eggs 3 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Let eggs and butter stand until they are at room temper- ature (overnight). Blend butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Add milk and flour alternately. Add vanilla. Bake in a large tube pan. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (may take a little longer).EAGLE BRAND POUND CAKE

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and flavoring. Beat after each egg. Add milk and flour. Beat well. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
