Betsy,

I made Green Tea Kasutera (Sponge Cake) last night... I didn't know it was in "The Cake Bible" until I read the post here... (Can't believe myself since I love that book.) Anyway, it is really delicious. I used to make another Kasutera, which I found here on TKL long ago and now have a different one for a change! Thanks! YUMMY!
