I haven't tried this yet but it sounds good.
From Canadian Living Christmas Cookbook

Milk Chocolate Fudge Sauce

8oz sweet or milk chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 Tbsp orange, appricot or cherry liqueur

*In heavy sauce pan, combine chocolate, cream, and coffee over med heat, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixutre is smooth.
*Stir in sugar and syrup; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar ad dissolved. *Reduce heat and boil gently, stirring once or twice for 8 minutes. Stir in liqueur.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

If you want to make it ahead and store try this:
Pour chocolate sauce into a hot sterilized jar; seal with prepared lid and screw on band. Store in cool, dark, dry place for up to 3 months. Refridgerate once opened. Serve warm.
