1/2 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1 10oz. can Refrigerated Biscuits 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Large Granny Smith Apples (Peeled and sliced) or Similar Baking Apple 1 tbsp. Butter or Margarine, melted
Combine first three ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Separate biscuits and roll into 3 inch circles. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, and top each with sliced apples. Sprinkle each with sugar mixture and drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
