Here is a recipe called Casseroled Veal with Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Cut into cubes 1-1/2 lbs boneless veal Brown lightly in 1-1/2 tablespoons butter Remove meat to an ovenproof baking dish. Add to butter stir and saute lightly 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms Remove from heat. Stir in slowly: 1 tablespoon flour 2/3 cup veal stock 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Pour sauce over meat. Cover and bake about 45 minutes. Degrease, if necessay. Stir in 1/2 cup warm cultured sour cream Heat throughly before serving. Make 4 servings
