Hi Adam,

Here's a previous post with info about baking:

I got the blooming onion gadget for Christmas, but have not yet tried it. The recipe/instruction booklet says "To bake: Place onion on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until golden brown". All other instructions and ingredients are the same.
