My 70 year old mother will be going through a double mastectomy on 9/16. I need recipes for make ahead casseroles, crockpot recipes and quick-and-easy dinners. This could be a long process, so please don't worry about too many suggestions. There will be 3 of us taking turns, two who love to cook and don't think much about having to save time, and one who doesn't have time to cook, who will take turns caring for mom & dad. So, we need all the help you can give.

Also, any suggestions you can offer for relief from the effects of kemo would be greatly appreciated.
