SGK,

I got that recipe from one of the NG I participate. I did check out the cookbooks for you, however. You could go to Amozon (via TKL so Betsy can get the credits) and key in "Vidalia" under "book" on the upper left bar and you will find many. If I find that French Onion Soup recipe, I will post it here.
