I make a dish as follows:
Season 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast with salt, pepper and cinnamon (lots of cinnamon), 1-8 oz. can of tomato sauce, 1 small can of mushroom, and 4 medium potatoes (season with salt and pepper), place in a Pam sprayed baking pan, bake at 350 until potatoes and chicken are cooked through. The tomato sauce should be thick if too thick thin with a little water.
