Here is my favorite coleslaw. I just make a batch and keep it in the fridge... it keeps for weeks, as long as it is in the fridge.
FOREVER COLESLAW
6 lb. cabbage, shredded 3 carrots, shredded 2 onions, shredded
DRESSING
2 cups vinegar, I use regular 2 cups sugar 2 cups Canola Oil 2 TBSP. salt
Boil ingredients for the dressing and pour over vegetables. Add salt & pepper to taste. Put into jar and keep in fridge.
