I have that problem and wrote to Red Star at 433 E Michigan, Milwaukee, WI 53202 or call them at 1-800 -4-CELIAC, and they sent gluten free recipies. Also in the library there are many Gluten-Free cook books, one is by Bette Hagman, the Gluten-Free Gourmet. I hope this will help
