I always make freash bread crumbs and keep in freezer. You can season them Italian or with poultry seasonings for different taste. also garlic or onion flavored. great casserole topper or large squares of old bread for courtons toasted in oven or make stewed tomatoes..the ideas are endless.just make different kinds label and freeze.
