here is one of my family's favorite danish meals.

2 onions 75 g margarine 400 - 500 g ground beef 4 tbsp flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper approx. 1 1/2 cups brooth or water gravy browning
Finely slice onions,and saute in fryingpan,remove when done. Shape ground beef into large patties. Mix flour and spices, and dredge hamburger patties in mixture. Fry patties in pan until well done, remove, pour brooth into pan and make gravy,using rest of flour put patties back in pan and put fried onions on top, heat through. serve with boiled or masked potatoes.
