putting cheese slices in between 2 hamburger patties and sealing edges REALLY good and cookieng them as usual. I got to thinking though. If that would work for hamburgers, why not put a SMALL cube of mozarella in the center of a meatball, cook until done, add spaghetti sauce and serve on pasto or on a hoagie roll? Not sure if this will help you any. I will try to post some other options tomorrow.
