4 chicken breasts cooked and chopped 8 oz cream cheese, softened 4 stalks celery finely chopped 1 Tbsp. pimento finely chopped 1 small green pepper, finely chopped 1 Tbsp dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste
combine chicken and cream cheese until smooth, Add other ingredients and chill.
Great served on buttery croissants, with fruit salad and mint ice tea.
