Here's my second try at converting. The first one came out okay, so I adjusted things a little. If the dough is too wet, replace the 1 cup water and 1 egg with 1 egg and enough water to make 1 cup. Let me know how it comes out--I haven't tried this version yet.
ABM Easter Bread (1 1/2 pound loaf)
1 1/2 tsp yeast 1 cup warm water 1 egg 2 Tblsp + 2 tsp sugar (you can try 3 Tblsp) 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tblsp dry milk 2 Tblsp + 2 tsp shortening (you can try 3 Tblsp) 2/3-1 cup raisins
Place all ingredients in the bread machine in order. Use the basic light (white) setting.
