I posted a request a couple of days ago for this recipe and Kelly/WA mentioned City chicken but that's not what I'm searching for. (Although the city chicken recipes sound great too! Thanks Kelly!) The mock chicken drumsticks were a ground meat mixture formed into a drumstick shape around a small wooden skewer. My mom bought them already made at a local butcher shop/meat market. Then she would either bake them or fry them. Does anyone recall something like this? Thank you in advance.
