High Protein Diet (Cornell) Bread

Directions are for Small, Medium, and Large loaf sizes.
Water 1 cup, 1 1/4 cup, 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp., 1 1/2 Tbsp., 2 Tbsp Honey 1 Tbsp., 1 1/2 Tbsp., 2 Tbsp. Salt 3/4 tsp., 1 tsp., 1 tsp. Wheat Germ 2 Tbsp., 3 Tbsp., 1/4 cup Soy Flour 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup, 1 1/3 cups, 1 2/3 cups Bread Flour 1 1/2 cups, 1 2/3 cups, 2 cups Nonfat Dry Milk 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup Vital Gluten, optional 1 1/2 tsp., 2 tsp., 1 Tbsp. Yeast 1 1/2 tsp., 2 tsp., 2 1/2 tsp.
Use Whole Wheat or Basic cycle.
