I have served this at several parties and it always goes down very well with everybody. The exact quantities are fairly flexible so long as the proportions are about right. Comes out a lovely deep pink color
CARIBBEAN FRUIT PUNCH Serves 40 5 liters (180 fl oz) orange juice 1.5 liters (55 fl oz) Grenadine 1.5 liters (55 fl oz) pineapple juice 1/4 liter (9 fl oz) lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Angostura bitters
Mix all the juices in a large jug and add Angostura to taste. Serve with lots of ice and decorated with slices of orange or lemon and cherries.
